Lesson Overview

1.3 – Understanding Mental Fatigue and Overload: Mental fatigue happens when your brain has carried too much for too long. You might feel foggy, slow, or easily annoyed. Small tasks can feel huge and frustrating. Focus slips and mistakes happen more often. Overload can come from noise, clutter, or constant decisions. It can come from stress, lack of sleep, or not enough breaks. Your brain needs rest just like your body does. Short pauses can reset your thinking and mood. Simple routines can reduce daily brain strain. With better pacing, your energy lasts longer and your work improves.
