Lesson Overview

5.10 – Avoiding Last-Minute Stress: Last-minute stress happens when planning is skipped or time is underestimated. It creates panic, rushed work, and mistakes. Avoiding it means starting early, even in small steps. Setting reminders days before deadlines spreads effort evenly. Preparing early builds confidence and calm focus. You can reward yourself for staying ahead to keep motivation strong. Finishing early also gives time for review and rest. Preventing stress is easier than repairing burnout later.
