Lesson Overview

9.1 – What Is Motivation and Where Does It Come From?: Motivation is the internal drive that pushes you to take action. It comes from needs, goals, and values that matter to you. Sometimes it’s sparked by excitement, and sometimes by responsibility. Motivation grows when your actions feel meaningful and achievable. It fades when goals feel too big or unclear, but small wins bring it back. Learning what personally energizes you helps motivation last longer. You can feed it with purpose, reward, and progress. Motivation is not constant—it’s something you renew each day through focus, rest, and belief in your direction.
