Lesson Overview

7.2 – Recognizing When You’re Rigid in Thinking: Rigid thinking means holding on to one idea even when it stops working. It can show up as frustration, stubbornness, or fear of being wrong. Noticing rigidity is the first step toward balance. When you catch yourself saying “it has to be this way,” pause and ask why. Sometimes stress or habit locks you in place. Taking a breath, asking for input, or trying a new angle loosens the mental knot. Recognizing rigidity helps you respond wisely instead of reacting. Every time you soften your thinking, you open doors to growth and understanding.
