Lesson Overview

2.5 – Using Timers and Alerts to Stay on Track: Timers turn time into structure. When you set one, your brain knows there’s an end and can work harder in short bursts. Alerts help you move between tasks and remind you to take breaks. They can also keep you from losing hours in distraction. Short focus sessions like the “Pomodoro” method train your mind to work smarter. Each session builds endurance and control. Over time, you’ll feel less rushed and more organized. Timers don’t just keep time—they teach discipline and balance between effort and rest.
