Lesson Overview

1.8 – Noticing When Your Brain Gets Stuck: Getting stuck can look like repeating the same thought or step. It can feel like you cannot switch tasks or ideas. Stress and perfectionism can make the stuck feeling worse. Clutter, noise, or hunger can also trap your mind. A simple pause can break the loop and reset focus. A quick body move or stretch can wake up thinking. A rule like “three options” can open new paths. A checklist can guide the next step forward. Asking for a tiny bit of help can unlock progress. Knowing your “stuck signs” helps you get moving sooner.
