Lesson Overview

8.3 – Noticing Thoughts, Feelings, and Reactions: Awareness begins by noticing what’s happening inside you. Thoughts tell you what your brain believes, feelings reveal your emotional state, and reactions show how those mix in the real world. Observing them without judgment helps you see patterns clearly. You can label emotions like “frustrated” or “calm” to understand them better. Writing them down makes invisible reactions visible. Noticing builds emotional intelligence and control. The more you notice, the more power you have to steer your choices instead of being driven by impulse.
