Lesson Overview

4.3 – Creating Daily To-Do Lists: A daily to-do list turns intention into action. It gives your brain a map for the day ahead. Listing tasks helps you see what’s possible and what can wait. Crossing items off gives quick motivation and progress feedback. To-do lists keep priorities visible when distractions appear. They also train your brain to think in sequences instead of chaos. Keep lists short and clear—five to seven items work best. Review and adjust them each evening for tomorrow. Over time, your list becomes a trusted guide instead of a stress source.
