2.15 – Creating a Personal Focus Toolkit: A focus toolkit is a set of tools that help your brain perform at its best. It can include timers, calming music, checklists, or breathing apps. You might add snacks, water, or a comfort object to stay balanced. Each item serves a role—some energize, others calm or organize. Having a toolkit makes it easier to recover when your focus drops. It reminds you that focus is not luck, but preparation. Build your kit over time and keep it nearby. With the right tools, you can protect your focus anywhere you go.
