Lesson Overview

2.3 – How Heritage Shapes Values: Identify common virtues in your culture such as hospitality, courage, or scholarship. Study moments in history when those virtues were tested. Notice how language and proverbs carry moral lessons. Compare these inherited values with your personal experiences. Keep the values that help you act with integrity. Translate each value into a daily behavior you can practice. Recognize when a value needs balancing with another virtue. Thank the people who modeled these values for you. Teach them to others through consistent action. Let heritage be a compass instead of a cage.
