Lesson Overview

9.5 – How to Create Supportive Friendships: Supportive friendships are built on shared respect and emotional reciprocity. Give the same energy you expect in return. Celebrate your friends’ victories sincerely, without comparison. Offer help before being asked when you see need. Communicate openly instead of assuming or withdrawing. Check in regularly, especially during hard times. Apologize and forgive quickly to preserve closeness. Set healthy limits so neither person feels used or neglected. Encourage growth instead of enabling bad habits. Real friendships are partnerships in accountability and compassion. The best friends help each other rise, not remain the same.
