Lesson Overview

8.1 – What Leadership Means: Leadership is not about titles but about influence, accountability, and vision. True leaders guide through example, not command. They inspire others by aligning action with purpose. Leadership means seeing potential where others see limits. It calls for courage during uncertainty and empathy during conflict. A leader’s strength is measured by how they lift others. Decisions are made with integrity even when no one is watching. Leadership grows from consistent service, not sudden authority. Every role—parent, student, or worker—offers leadership opportunities. To lead well is to turn responsibility into empowerment for all.
