Lesson Overview

9.11 – Learning to Ask for Help From Your Network: Asking for help is a sign of wisdom, not weakness. Identify trusted individuals who have relevant experience or resources. Be clear and specific about what support you need. Approach with gratitude and humility, not entitlement. Accept both yes and no responses gracefully. Reciprocate by offering your help when they need it later. Recognize that asking early prevents problems from worsening. Create a culture where vulnerability is welcomed, not feared. The strength of a network grows when help flows both ways. Community thrives when mutual aid replaces silent struggle.
