Lesson Overview

9.8 – Recognizing When Networks Need Boundaries: Even supportive relationships can overstep if limits aren’t clear. Boundaries define where your responsibility ends and another’s begins. Recognize signs of imbalance like guilt, pressure, or exhaustion. Communicate boundaries calmly and early before resentment grows. Say no without apology when requests exceed your capacity. Maintain privacy over matters that require space or healing. Respect others’ boundaries just as firmly as you enforce your own. Reevaluate relationships that ignore limits repeatedly. Healthy boundaries protect emotional energy and prevent burnout. Love and respect coexist when boundaries are clear.
