Lesson Overview

3.12 – Knowing When It’s Okay to Interrupt: Interrupting can be rude, but sometimes it’s needed. Emergencies, confusion, or timing may require it. Watch tone and body language before jumping in. Raise your hand slightly or say “Sorry, may I add something?” Respect pauses before speaking again. Frequent interruptions make others feel unheard. Saving your thought until the right moment shows discipline. When others interrupt you, breathe and stay calm. You can say, “I’d like to finish that thought, please.” Healthy timing keeps everyone’s voice valued and respected.
