Say “Could you please…” or “Would it be possible to…” instead of “You need to…” Requests show equality and understanding. Demands can lead to resistance or resentment. Always explain why something matters to you. Be ready to compromise if they can’t say yes. People respond better when they feel choice and respect. Turning demands into requests makes communication kinder. Collaboration always outlasts control in healthy relationships.
