Lesson Overview

6.9 – Saying “No” With Respect: Saying no protects your time, energy, and values. You can decline without being rude or guilty. A respectful “no” sounds calm and clear, not cold. You can say, “I appreciate the offer, but I can’t right now.” Avoid long excuses that weaken your boundary. People who respect you will understand your honesty. Saying no leaves space for what truly matters to you. It teaches others how to treat your limits kindly. Each time you say no with grace, confidence grows. A healthy “no” today prevents resentment tomorrow.
