💬 Assertiveness & Boundary Setting *coming soon

Lesson Overview

10.3 – Recognizing Ongoing Struggles: Even with growth, some situations still feel tough. Maybe certain people test your limits or guilt still lingers. Write these down without judgment. Ask yourself what emotions trigger hesitation—fear, shame, or habit? Awareness is the first step toward solving them. You don’t need perfection, only progress. Use the tools from earlier sections—calm tone, “I” statements, clear no’s—to handle these areas slowly. Struggle means you’re still practicing, not failing. Persistence turns weakness into confidence over time.
