Lesson Overview

6.1 – Recognizing When a Friendship Crosses Lines: Friendships feel best when they’re built on balance, not pressure. Sometimes, though, one person begins taking more than they give. You might feel used, drained, or uncomfortable but unsure why. Notice patterns—do they ignore your no, guilt-trip you, or demand constant time? Boundaries get blurry when fear of losing the friendship replaces fairness. Honest talk can reset respect if both people care. Healthy friends accept limits and don’t punish honesty. Recognizing crossed lines is the first step to restoring balance and trust.
