Try holding someone’s gaze for a few seconds, then naturally glance away. You don’t have to stare—just stay present. Pair your eye contact with calm breathing. If nervous, focus on one eye or the forehead area. Practice in front of a mirror or friend. As you grow comfortable, your whole presence feels stronger. Confident eyes tell people your message matters.
