3.2 – Recognizing When You Feel Drained: Feeling drained is your body’s “low battery” warning. You might feel heavy, slow, or easily irritated. Tasks that used to feel simple now feel huge. You may say yes when you want to hide. Pay attention to how you feel after certain people, places, or activities. Rate your energy from 1 to 10 before and after events. Look for patterns that repeat week after week. Plan breaks and shorter plans when your number drops. Protect your battery by saying no sooner. Energy awareness helps you set limits before burnout arrives.
