Lesson Overview

3.13 – Self-Compassion in Boundary Work: Self-compassion means treating yourself like a good friend. You won’t set perfect boundaries every time, and that’s okay. Talk to yourself with kindness when you slip. Say, “I’m learning, and I’ll try again.” Notice progress instead of only mistakes. Rest when you’re tired instead of forcing more. Ask for support when a change feels big. Small gentle steps add up to real change. Compassion keeps your effort alive when it gets hard. A kind inner voice makes strong outer boundaries possible.
