Lesson Overview

3.3 – Understanding Physical Boundaries: Physical boundaries protect your body and comfort. You decide who can touch you and how close people can stand. You can move back, step aside, or say “please give me space.” Clothing, privacy, and personal items are part of this boundary. Learn the difference between comfort, discomfort, and danger. Practice short phrases like “No thanks” and “That’s too close.” If someone ignores your boundary, restate it clearly and step away. Your comfort level matters more than social pressure. Teaching others your limits keeps you safe and calm. Respecting your body is a key part of self-respect.
