💬 Assertiveness & Boundary Setting *coming soon
Course overview
Lesson Overview

1.12 – Gender and Assertiveness Challenges: Expectations about gender can shape how voices are judged. Some people expect certain tones or roles from boys or girls. The same words may be labeled “bold” for one and “bossy” for another. These labels can make speaking up feel risky. Knowing this helps you plan your message wisely. Use calm, steady language and clear reasons. Invite dialogue to lower unfair pushback. Support others when they face these double standards. Practice makes your voice harder to ignore. Your right to speak is not tied to gender.
