💬 Assertiveness & Boundary Setting *coming soon
Course overview
Lesson Overview

2.2 – Identifying Weak vs. Strong Language: Words can lift your message or quietly weaken it. Weak language sounds unsure—“I guess,” “maybe,” “I think.” Strong language sounds certain—“I believe,” “I need,” “I will.” Notice which phrases you use most often. Replace soft fillers with confident words. Speak in full sentences instead of trailing off. Avoid apologizing for having an opinion. Strength doesn’t mean force; it means ownership. Every strong phrase teaches your mind to trust itself. Small word changes can shift how people see you. Clear speech starts with strong, simple language.
