💬 Assertiveness & Boundary Setting *coming soon
Course overview
Lesson Overview

3.8 – Listening to Internal Warning Signs: Your body often speaks before your mouth does. Tight shoulders, quick heartbeat, or a heavy stomach are warnings. These signs say a boundary is being tested or crossed. Pause and ask, “What feels off right now?” Step back if needed and breathe slowly. Turn your signal into words like “I need a minute” or “That doesn’t work for me.” Do not ignore these early alerts—they save you from bigger problems. Practice responding at the first sign, not the last. Listening inside helps you speak outside with clarity.
