1.13 – Replacing Fear With Clarity in Speaking Up: Fear often whispers, “Stay quiet or they’ll be upset.” Clarity answers, “Here’s what I need and why.” Write one or two simple sentences before tough talks. Breathe slow to steady your body and your words. Start with respect, then state your request. If fear rises, pause and repeat your point. Remember that discomfort does not mean danger. You can be kind and still be firm. Each clear moment shrinks fear’s power. Clarity grows stronger every time you use it.
