Lesson Overview

8.6 – How to Handle Anger From Others: Anger from others can feel scary, but it’s usually emotion meeting change. Don’t match their tone; let them finish venting, then speak softly. Say, “I hear you’re upset, but my decision stands.” This separates their feelings from your choice. You’re responsible for your tone, not their reaction. If things escalate, step away until calm returns. Anger loses power when it meets calm energy. Every time you stay peaceful, you model emotional maturity. Boundaries protect peace, even in heated moments.
