If someone yells, don’t match their energy. Speak slower, not louder. Repeat your boundary once, then pause. When voices drop, logic returns. You’re not there to win—you’re there to stay grounded. Calmness teaches people you can’t be pressured into chaos. Each peaceful moment you hold creates safety and respect.
