Lesson Overview

3.10 – Recognizing Burnout: Burnout happens when constant stress drains your energy faster than you can refill it. You may feel numb, exhausted, or disconnected from things you once cared about. It’s common in students, parents, and workers who give too much without rest. Burnout builds slowly, so noticing early matters. Taking breaks, setting limits, and saying “no” sometimes are acts of health, not selfishness. Recovery means rest and rediscovering joy. You can rebuild motivation, but only if you refill your tank first. Burnout reminds us that even helpers need help too.
