Lesson Overview

3.7 – Irritability vs. Anger Problems: Feeling irritated sometimes is normal, but constant anger can hurt relationships and health. Irritability can come from stress, lack of sleep, or bottled-up feelings. Anger problems happen when reactions explode too big for the situation. Learning to pause before responding gives you control back. Deep breaths and walking away for a moment cool emotions down. Talking calmly later solves more than shouting now. Anger itself isn’t bad—it’s a signal of unmet needs or pain. When you learn healthy outlets, anger becomes strength, not destruction. Managing anger is about safety, not silence.
