Lesson Overview

10.1 – Reviewing Your Skills and Strengths: Reviewing your skills helps you understand what you bring to your career and life goals. Start by listing tasks you do well, both at work and in daily life. Think about technical abilities like computer use or communication skills like teamwork. Ask coworkers, teachers, or friends what they see as your strengths—it gives valuable outside insight. Compare your skills to the ones needed in your dream job to spot gaps for improvement. Keep updating this list as you grow and learn new things. Review it every few months to track your progress and celebrate growth. Knowing your strengths builds confidence and helps you choose jobs that match who you are.
