Lesson Overview

8.9 – Staying Active With Simple Exercises: Staying active keeps your body strong and your mind positive. You don’t need a gym—walking, stretching, or dancing at home all count. Aim for at least 30 minutes of movement most days. Choose activities you enjoy so it feels fun, not forced. Mix cardio for heart health with light strength training for muscle tone. Take stairs instead of elevators when possible. Exercise outdoors when you can to enjoy fresh air and sunlight. Notice how movement lifts your mood and focus. Staying active boosts confidence and builds lasting health habits.
