Lesson Overview

9.1 – Identifying a Problem Clearly: Solving a problem starts with understanding it fully. Write down what’s happening and why it feels like a problem. Separate facts from emotions so you can see things clearly. Ask yourself who’s involved, when it happens, and what might be causing it. Avoid jumping to conclusions or blaming right away. Look for patterns—does this issue repeat in similar situations? Talking it out with someone you trust can help you see new angles. Keep your definition simple and specific so solutions become clearer. When a problem is well-defined, it’s already halfway solved. Clarity gives you power to take smart action.
