Lesson Overview

1.3 – Matching Strengths to Career Fields: Start by listing your top strengths and the tasks they fit. Look for careers where those tasks show up every day. If you love organizing, think about office support or logistics. If you like helping people, consider health care, teaching, or customer service. If you enjoy building or fixing, explore trades or technical roles. Read short career summaries and highlight the duties that match you. Watch simple day-in-the-life videos to see real tasks. Talk to someone who works in a field you’re curious about. Keep a shortlist of careers that fit at least three of your strengths. Matching your strengths to jobs increases success and satisfaction.
