2.10 – How to Talk About Strengths and Weaknesses: Employers ask this to understand your self-awareness. Pick strengths that connect to the job and give examples of how you’ve used them. For weaknesses, choose something small and show how you’re improving it. Avoid saying “I have no weaknesses.” Everyone can grow in some way. Be honest but positive in your tone. Talk about how you learn from mistakes. Keep answers short and focused on progress. Practice saying them until they feel natural. Showing reflection shows maturity and honesty. Balance confidence with humility for a strong impression.
