7.9 – Practicing Travel Etiquette: Good travel manners make everyone’s ride better. Let passengers off before you board. Keep bags off extra seats and noise levels low. Offer your seat to elderly, pregnant, or disabled passengers. Follow the driver’s or conductor’s rules at all times. Avoid blocking doors or aisles. Don’t eat messy foods or leave trash behind. Keep phone calls short and quiet. Thank drivers or operators when possible—it shows respect. Small acts of courtesy make the journey pleasant for everyone. Travel etiquette reflects kindness and responsibility wherever you go.
