Lesson Overview

4.9 – Time Blocking for Better Focus: Time blocking means scheduling chunks of your day for specific activities. Pick one or two hours for deep work without interruptions. Assign other blocks for emails, errands, or rest. This helps your brain focus fully on one thing instead of multitasking. Use colors or labels in your calendar to separate categories. Protect your blocks by turning off notifications during that time. Review your blocks at the end of the week and adjust if needed. Add time for breaks to avoid fatigue. When used daily, time blocking helps you control your schedule—not the other way around. Focus feels easier when your time has structure.
