Lesson Overview

10.4 – Identifying Strengths to Build On: Recognizing your strengths helps anchor growth in self-trust. Strengths can be emotional, creative, practical, or relational. Reflecting on how you’ve handled past challenges reveals what already works. Building on these traits multiplies progress and confidence. Strength awareness also prevents discouragement during setbacks. Each strength used with intention becomes a foundation for new goals. Over time, these abilities expand as you apply them in new ways. Growth feels easier when it’s built on what’s already strong. Strengths remind you that healing begins with what’s already within you.
