Lesson Overview

6.3 – Saying “No” Without Guilt: Saying “no” is a healthy act of self-respect, not selfishness. It’s a way of protecting energy and emotional balance. Many people feel guilt because they fear rejection or conflict. Learning to say no calmly builds strength and honesty. The word “no” does not need long explanations—it stands on its own. When spoken kindly, it teaches others to respect your space. Each time you set this limit, confidence grows. Guilt fades as you realize saying no supports both parties’ wellbeing. Healthy boundaries begin with the courage to protect your own needs.
