Lesson Overview

7.11 – Practicing Role-Play Conversations: Role-playing gives you a safe way to practice difficult talks before having them. Acting out a conversation helps predict challenges and emotions that may arise. Practicing with a trusted person builds confidence and skill. It allows you to test different tones, phrases, and body language. Role-play helps the brain rehearse calm responses instead of reactive ones. Over time, this practice reduces anxiety about real conversations. It turns communication from fear into preparation. Rehearsing difficult talks strengthens clarity and self-assurance in real life.
