Lesson Overview

4.5 – Identifying People or Places That Trigger Stress: Certain environments or relationships may bring back old emotions. Identifying these helps you plan how to protect your peace. Stressful people might remind you of past conflicts or power struggles. Places can echo feelings from past events without words. Awareness doesn’t mean avoidance—it means preparation. Choosing when and how to engage reduces emotional shock. Writing or mapping triggers helps make them less mysterious. Knowing which settings cause stress gives freedom, not fear. It allows boundaries to form naturally and safely. Identification is the first move toward reclaiming emotional space and confidence.
