Course overview
Lesson Overview

9.6 – Identifying Inner Strengths: Everyone has strengths that help them heal, even if they’re hard to see at first. Kindness, persistence, creativity, or humor can all be forms of resilience. Identifying strengths builds self-awareness and confidence. Reflecting on past challenges shows which qualities helped you through. Naming them out loud reinforces belief in your ability to cope. Strengths are not just talents—they are emotional tools for endurance. Over time, using these traits intentionally transforms recovery. Recognizing your inner power reminds you that healing starts from within.
