Course overview
Lesson Overview

4.3 – Early Warning Signs of Being Triggered: Early warning signs appear before a full emotional reaction happens. They can include irritability, restlessness, tight chest, or losing focus. These small cues are the body’s way of saying stress is building. Learning to spot them early allows you to act before emotions overflow. Journaling or self-check-ins help track repeating patterns. When these signs appear, grounding or deep breathing can stop escalation. Recognizing them builds emotional intelligence and self-control. Over time, awareness of warning signs turns chaos into choice. The earlier you respond, the faster balance returns. These small moments of awareness prevent larger emotional storms.
