Lesson Overview

8.11 – Redirecting Energy Into Healthy Activities: Stress builds energy that needs somewhere to go. Redirecting it into physical or creative outlets prevents emotional overload. Exercise, dancing, cleaning, or creative hobbies release tension safely. These activities help regulate emotions through movement and focus. Redirecting energy changes stress from harmful to helpful. It trains the body to use adrenaline productively instead of destructively. Over time, healthy outlets become reliable coping habits. They turn anxiety into motion and restlessness into purpose. Redirected energy becomes strength rather than strain.
