Lesson Overview

6.13 – The Link Between Boundaries and Self-Worth: Boundaries reflect how much you value yourself. When you set and honor limits, you affirm that your time and feelings matter. People with strong self-worth protect their peace without apology. Boundaries are self-respect in action—they say, “I deserve safety and respect.” Weak boundaries often come from fear of rejection or guilt. Strengthening them rebuilds confidence and inner stability. Each boundary kept strengthens the belief that you are worthy of care. Over time, self-worth and boundaries grow together. Protecting yourself becomes a natural act of self-love.
