🧠 Trauma-Informed Skills (Non-Therapy Focus) *coming soon
Course overview
Lesson Overview

9.3 – Building Strength From Setbacks: Setbacks are natural and often necessary for growth. Each one offers lessons about what still needs healing or balance. Instead of seeing setbacks as failure, resilience views them as practice. Reflecting on what worked and what didn’t brings clarity. Overcoming difficulties builds deeper confidence than success alone. Every recovery after a fall strengthens emotional muscles. Learning to pause and re-center during setbacks prevents hopelessness. Over time, resilience becomes less about avoiding pain and more about rising from it. Strength grows each time you choose to continue despite struggle.
