Lesson Overview

2.4 – Setting Small Daily Goals for Structure: Structure is built through achievable daily goals. After trauma, large plans can feel overwhelming, but small tasks restore control. A list of simple steps—like making the bed or taking a walk—teaches success through repetition. Checking off each task builds confidence and order. Small goals create visible proof of progress and personal ability. When goals are realistic, the mind learns stability through completion. Each task anchors the day in purpose and rhythm. This steady process reduces anxiety by giving direction. Small victories, repeated daily, strengthen motivation and self-trust. Gradually, structure replaces uncertainty with balanced forward movement.
