Lesson Overview

8.13 – Recognizing and Releasing Tension: Tension often hides in the body as tight muscles, headaches, or fatigue. Recognizing it early helps prevent long-term stress buildup. Gentle stretching, mindful breathing, or massage can release stored strain. Paying attention to posture and movement increases awareness of hidden stress. Releasing tension restores circulation, balance, and focus. The process also teaches the body to respond with calm instead of contraction. Over time, you’ll notice tension sooner and release it faster. Regular relaxation practices transform physical awareness into emotional relief. Letting go becomes both a mental and physical act of self-care.
