🛡️ Teen Suicide Series
Course overview
Lesson Overview

1.109 – Being Smart, Funny, Kind — and Still Insecure: Many people who seem confident still battle deep insecurity. You can have great traits and still doubt yourself. Being smart, funny, or kind doesn’t always silence the inner critic that says you’re not enough. Sometimes the fear of losing what makes you liked causes more anxiety. Insecurity often hides behind smiles and achievements, pretending everything is fine. It’s human to want reassurance, but lasting peace comes from accepting imperfection. You don’t need to be flawless to deserve love or success. When you allow yourself to be both strong and unsure, you become real — and real connects deeper than perfect. Even with doubts, you can still show up bravely and be proud of who you’re becoming.
